Insurance Relief™ AutoTime Client Agreement

Please read the following information regarding the terms of our agreement.
It is certified by the individual approving these hours, on behalf of the client, that the hours listed are correct and that the work was performed in a satisfactory manner.
It is understood that the Client will not authorize Insurance Relief™ Field Associates to drive while working without the prior written consent of Insurance Relief.
The client shall comply with OSHA, EEO, EPA, ADA and all other applicable laws and regulations. Client agrees that they are familiar and in compliance with applicable OSHA requirements/regulations. Client agrees to furnish Insurance Relief Field Associates with safe working conditions / equipment and to train Insurance Relief™ Field Associates in safety proceedures necessary for performance on the assignment. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Insurance Relief harmless from claims/demands resulting from unsafe working conditions or OSHA violations related to premises owned or controlled by client where Insurance Relief Field Associates are assigned.
Client will not entrust Insurance Relief™ Field Associates with unattended premises, cash, negotiables or other monetary items, pagers or cell phones, parking passes or other such items of value to the client without specific written permission from Insurance Relief™. Insurance Relief™ is not responsible for claims made under its Fidelity Bond unless such claims are reported in writing by Client within ten (10) days of after discovery of the occurrence.
The Client acknowledges and understands that Insurance Relief™ invoices are for labor and therefore agrees to pay such invoices within 14 days of receipt. If it becomes necessary for Insurance Relief™ to place the account for collection, Client shall be liable for attorney fees plus any and all reasonable costs, disbursements and interest in connection therewith.
Overtime hours will be paid and billed as is applicable by Federal and state law.
The client acknowledges the substantial investment that Insurance Relief™ incurs to recruit, interview, evaluate, orient, train and retain their Field Associates. Client agrees
not to extend an offer of employment to a Insurance Relief™ Field Associate without first contacting the Insurance Relief™ office to get our written consent. Should your company decide to hire our employee, you will agree to pay a direct hire placement fee of one per cent per thousand of the employee’s annual gross earnings up to a maximum of 30% or our employee will remain on our payroll for a minimum number of hours that is required to reach the 30% of annual in Gross Margin unless an alternative agreement exists in writing with the Insurance Relief office. A fee is also applicable if a Insurance Relief™ Field Associate is hired by your company within 180 days following the completion date of
the assignment.
